We also collect information automatically when you use Recruspace, such as:
Log Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, access times, and page views.
Usage Data: Information about how you interact with Recruspace, such as the features you use and the searches you perform.

Use of AI in recruitment
Recruspace uses artificial intelligence to support recruitment activities. Depending on the features used, this may involve processing CVs, application answers, job requirements, interview transcripts and assessment results to organise and search candidate information, compare job-related information, analyse responses, and produce summaries or insights.
AI assessment of interviews uses transcript text, not video images, facial expressions, appearance or voice characteristics. Audio or video may still be recorded or transcribed as part of the interview feature being used.
AI outputs support human review and do not make the final hiring or rejection decision. They can contain errors or omit relevant information. The recruiting organisation is responsible for reviewing relevant information and making that decision.
Where Recruspace processes candidate information on behalf of a recruiting organisation, that organisation determines the recruitment purposes and Recruspace processes the information to provide the service. Recruspace uses third-party service providers for cloud hosting, transcription, AI processing and service monitoring. Depending on the service provided, they process relevant candidate information to deliver these functions. Recruspace does not use candidate personal data to train, retrain or fine-tune generative AI models.
